We have over 20 years combined experience in financial services. We believe that business value in technology is created at the intersection of technical and domain expertise, and our engineers are just as comfortable reading a credit doc as they are correcting a merge conflict.
Mohit Hajarnis
CEO and Co-FounderMohit most recently served as a fixed income investor at Citadel (2022 – 2025) where he was responsible for a $ 1bn+ Energy & Industrials portfolio within a broader multi-sector pod.
Mohit began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Special Situations Group (2016 – 2019) after graduating from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Mathematics with Honors (2012 – 2016).
Carter Chen
CTO and Co-FounderCarter was most recently a software engineer at JPMorgan where he led AI, data engineering, and infrastructure projects (2021 – 2025).
Carter began his career at Dodge & Cox as a research associate focused on Large-Cap Financials (2016 – 2018) after graduating from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics with Honors (2012 – 2016).
Jeremy Xia
Forward Deployed EngineerJeremy was most recently a researcher at Carleton University focused on the use of LLMs for consumer sentiment and intent analysis (2025 - 2026).
Jeremy began his career leveraging ML for log anomaly detection at Ericsson (2023 - 2024) and graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering (2020 - 2025).
Matthew Li
Forward Deployed EngineerMatthew was most recently a quantitative researcher on the systematic credit team at AllianceBernstein (2022 - 2026).
Matthew graduated from The Wharton School with a BsE in Economics and Finance and a Master’s in Data Science (2018 - 2022).
Samuel Cialek
Forward Deployed EngineerSamuel was most recently the founder and CEO of Serif (2024-2026), a health tech startup using causal AI to uncover the hidden patterns between daily behaviors and health outcomes.
Samuel began his career as an analyst at Barclays Investment Bank (2011-2013). He has also served as a data analyst at the D. E. Shaw Group (2013-2017). He holds an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech (2023-2026), an MBA from Columbia (2017-2019), and a BA in Economics from New York University (2007-2011).
Mihir Trivedi
Senior Research ScientistMihir recently graduated from Columbia University with a Master's in Electrical Engineering with a focus on math and machine learning (2024-2025).
Before graduate school Mihir was a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems, where his research focused on satellite data augmentation using machine learning (2022-2024).
